ELITE SPORTS NATION and NC Elite Volleyball Club are excited to present ELITE DEFENDERS Mini Series!
Age: 10-18 years of age, all skill levels
Players will be grouped by age and skill level to insure appropriate level of training.
The ELITE SN Elite Defenders miniseries is focused on defense and ball control. Players will review defense technique, positioning, defensive strategies and floor skills and receive opportunity for a high number of touches in a concentrated series of sessions.
Limited space is available, acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Session 1 - Wednesday April 10
Session 2 - Wednesday April 17
Session 3 - Wednesday April 24
Location: Ravenscroft School, Raleigh
Time: 7:00-8:15pm
Cost: $25 per individual session / date
